Welcome to our newly renovated and lovingly furnished holiday apartment LUBECA. The apartment features a combined living and dining area with a cozy seating corner, flat-screen TV, and stereo system. The dining table seats four, and the modern, well-equipped kitchenette includes a dishwasher and oven. The adjoining bedrooms are separated from the living area by sliding doors. The main bedroom has a double bed and a sideboard with a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom offers two single beds and a small chest of drawers. A spacious wardrobe provides ample storage. The bathroom is fitted with a modern shower, a washbasin with cabinet, and a heated towel rail. The WC is in a separate room with a hand basin. The hallway includes a wardrobe, shoe cabinet, and a large mirror. The east-facing loggia is perfect for summer breakfasts with mountain and forest views, furnished with a folding table and relaxing chairs. Free parking is available directly in front of the house. An elevator provides barrier-free access to the apartment on the second floor. Our apartment is located in a well-maintained holiday park right by the forest. Despite the quiet, traffic-free location, the town center is only 800 m away, and in winter, the cross-country ski trail is about 50 m away. In the holiday park, you will find a mini-golf course (for an extra charge), table tennis tables, outdoor fitness equipment, a low ropes course, and an adventure playground. In Hahnenklee, there are various restaurants, pubs, and a bakery. We wish you a pleasant journey and a relaxing stay! Wi-Fi is currently only available with limited access (public).
